Stephen O’Neill, CPA
Steve began his career with an accounting firm specializing in the long-term care industry. After 10 years he became a partner of the firm.

In 1990 Steve left the firm and was a founder of the accounting firm that has evolved into Stephen O’Neill CPA, PLLC. During his professional career Steve has represented many nursing facilities as well as other businesses, providing auditing, reimbursement, cost reporting and income tax services. He served as the Chair of the New York State Health Facilities Association Payment for Services Committee for a decade. Over the years he has served on several Committees as well as Board of Directors and Executive Committees of multiple business associations and organizations.
DR. Kara A. Stevens, CPA
Dr. Kara Stevens, CPA, brings a wealth of expertise and a diverse professional background to the field of accounting. With over two decades of experience spanning public and private accounting, higher education, and various industries, she has honed her skills in financial accounting and reporting, internal controls, and auditing.

Throughout her career, Dr. Stevens has worked in non-profits, retail, distribution, and manufacturing, gaining a broad understanding of the financial intricacies of different sectors. Her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity is evident through her advocacy for underrepresented groups in business, including women, BIPOC individuals, and LGBTQIA+ people.
